Return and Exchange Policy for Intimate Apparel
- Masturbator, sex toys, sex dolls, underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bra, socks & tights are not eligible for direct return.
- Products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging.
- Valid Reasons for Return: Due to the intimate nature of the products, returns are accepted for reasons such as incorrect size, discomfort, manufacturing defects, or if the product differs significantly from its description. We aim to ensure our customers’ comfort and satisfaction with our intimate apparel.
- Hygiene: For the health and safety of our customers, all returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging. We will not accept returns on any opened or worn intimate apparel, unless it is confirmed to be defective.
- Processing: Once we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. All refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Shipping:
To return your product (if applicable due to defect or damage), you should mail your product back. Please send us an email at support@knowyourlittlething.com to know the address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
